Operated by Visor LLC

Effective Date: March 1, 2026
Last Updated: March 1, 2026
Version: 1.1

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Visor LLC, a Virginia limited liability company ("Visor," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://sunbleach.com and all related services, tools, data displays, reports, and application programming interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (available at https://sunbleach.com/privacy). If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

The Platform is intended for use by individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you must not access or use the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

2. Platform Description and Analytical Scope

2.1 Nature of the Platform

Sunbleach.com is a blockchain risk intelligence observatory. The Platform analyzes publicly available on-chain transaction data on supported blockchain networks (currently Ethereum) and applies spectral coordination analysis to detect, classify, and visualize patterns of coordinated activity among wallet addresses.

2.2 Data Sources

All analytical data displayed on the Platform is derived from publicly available blockchain transaction records and publicly accessible application programming interfaces. The Platform does not access, collect, or process off-chain personally identifiable information for its analytical functions. To improve the legibility of its displays, the Platform may enrich on-chain data with publicly available reference labels, including smart contract protocol names, known service provider address labels, published regulatory designations (such as OFAC SDN list entries), and incident labels sourced from public reports. These enrichments are drawn from public reference sources and are distinct from the Platform's own coordination analysis. Wallet addresses are pseudonymous identifiers recorded on public distributed ledgers and are not treated by the Platform as personal data, except as may be required by applicable law. For information about how we handle data you provide through your use of the Platform (including account information, monitoring scope configurations, and analyst notes), please refer to our Privacy Policy.

2.3 Analytical Method

The Platform employs spectral graph theory, coordination physics, and statistical analysis to identify structural patterns in on-chain activity. The Platform assigns pattern classifications, coordination intensity scores, structural role labels, and criticality tiers to wallet addresses and clusters of addresses based on these mathematical methods. These classifications describe observable topological and statistical properties of on-chain data. They do not constitute, and must not be construed as, legal findings, regulatory determinations, accusations of wrongdoing, or attributions of criminal intent.

3. Analytical Disclaimer

3.1 No Determination of Intent

The Platform describes structural coordination patterns. It does not determine, infer, or assert the intent, motive, or legal culpability of any individual, entity, or wallet address. Pattern classifications such as coordination intensity levels, criticality tiers, structural role labels (e.g., Hub, Router, Peripheral), and pattern archetype descriptions (e.g., Recursive Volume, Relay Chain, Coordinated Exit) are mathematical characterizations of observable on-chain structure. They are not allegations of fraud, money laundering, market manipulation, sanctions evasion, or any other unlawful conduct.

3.2 No Legal, Regulatory, or Financial Finding

Nothing displayed on the Platform or contained in any report, export, or data product generated by the Platform constitutes a legal opinion, regulatory finding, enforcement recommendation, investment recommendation, or evidentiary determination. The Platform does not provide legal advice, compliance advice, financial advice, or regulatory guidance. Users who require such determinations should consult qualified professionals.

3.3 No Proprietary Identity Attribution

The Platform does not use its own coordination analysis to identify, name, or attribute wallet addresses or coordination patterns to specific real-world individuals, legal entities, or organizations. Where the Platform groups wallet addresses into clusters, such grouping reflects observed structural coordination in on-chain data and does not represent a determination that the addresses are controlled by the same individual or entity.

The Platform may display publicly available reference labels alongside on-chain data, including smart contract protocol names (e.g., "Uniswap V2 Router"), known service provider address labels (e.g., "Binance Hot Wallet"), published regulatory designations (e.g., "OFAC Designated"), and incident labels drawn from public reporting. These labels are sourced from public registries, official government publications, and industry-standard reference databases. They reflect publicly available information and do not constitute independent identity attribution, investigative findings, or legal determinations by Visor. Visor does not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of any public reference label.

3.4 Accuracy and Completeness

The analytical output of the Platform is generated by automated computational methods and may contain errors, false positives, incomplete analysis, or classifications that do not reflect the full context of on-chain activity. Coordination intensity scores and pattern classifications are probabilistic assessments, not deterministic conclusions. The Platform's confidence scores reflect the statistical stability of the underlying signals and do not represent certainty. Users should independently verify any analytical output before relying on it for any purpose.

3.5 Temporal Limitations

The Platform analyzes data within defined observation windows. Pattern classifications may change as new data becomes available. A pattern's current classification does not represent a permanent characterization of the addresses involved.

3.6 AI-Generated Content

Certain narrative summaries, intelligence briefings, pattern descriptions, and analytical interpretations displayed on the Platform or included in generated reports are produced with the assistance of large language models (LLMs) and other artificial intelligence systems. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, unsupported inferences, or statements that do not accurately reflect the underlying mathematical signals. All AI-generated content is provided for informational convenience only and requires independent human review and professional judgment before any reliance.

Visor LLC does not use individually identifiable User Content—including your specific monitoring scope configurations, analyst notes, stakeholder information, or engagement data—to train, fine-tune, or improve machine learning or artificial intelligence models in a manner that would expose or incorporate your individual data. Visor may use anonymized, aggregated, and de-identified data derived from Platform operations (including aggregate pattern classification outcomes and de-identified coordination physics telemetry) to improve the Platform's analytical models and detection accuracy. Such aggregated data cannot reasonably be used to identify any individual user, organization, or specific monitoring scope.

3.7 Mandatory Report Disclaimers

All reports, briefs, exports, and downloadable analytical products generated by the Platform include a standardized analytical disclaimer as a non-removable element. This disclaimer states that the report contains structural pattern analysis only and does not constitute a legal finding, regulatory determination, or attribution of intent. Users may not redistribute, excerpt, or reproduce any report or analytical product in a manner that removes, obscures, or separates the analytical disclaimer from the substantive content.

4. Permitted Use

4.1 General Permitted Uses

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for the following purposes:

  • Research and analysis of publicly available blockchain coordination patterns.

7. Third-Party Actions and Reliance

7.1 No Liability for Third-Party Decisions

Visor LLC is not liable for any action taken by any third party based on, in reliance upon, or in connection with the Platform's analytical output. This includes, without limitation, any decision by an exchange, financial institution, virtual asset service provider (VASP), regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or any other entity to freeze assets, restrict accounts, file suspicious activity reports, initiate investigations, or take any other enforcement, compliance, or operational action.

7.2 User Responsibility

You acknowledge that any action you take based on the Platform's output is taken at your sole risk and discretion. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform's output complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards. You agree that you will not represent to any third party that any action you take was directed, recommended, or endorsed by Visor LLC or the Platform.

7.3 No Duty to Act

The display of any coordination pattern, criticality tier, or structural classification on the Platform does not create any duty on the part of Visor LLC, any user, or any third party to take any action with respect to any wallet address, transaction, or on-chain activity. The Platform provides information; it does not issue directives.

7.4 Regulatory Notifications

The Platform may include features that allow authenticated users to record that a regulatory authority has been notified in connection with a monitoring scope or analytical finding. Such features facilitate user-initiated record-keeping only. Visor LLC does not transmit notifications to, file reports with, or communicate directly with any regulatory authority on behalf of any user. Any notification to a regulatory authority is made solely by the user, at the user's discretion, and under the user's own legal obligations. Visor LLC bears no responsibility for the content, accuracy, timing, or legal sufficiency of any such notification, and makes no representation that any notification made by a user satisfies any regulatory filing or reporting requirement.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Platform Ownership

The Platform, including all software, algorithms, analytical methods, user interface designs, visual presentations, documentation, and branding, is the proprietary property of Visor LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The analytical methods, spectral coordination analysis techniques, and pattern classification systems embodied in the Platform may be the subject of pending or issued patent applications held by third-party licensors.

8.2 Public Observatory License

We grant users of the free, public-facing observatory a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Platform and view its output for the purposes described in Section 4.1. 8.3 Output Use

The analytical output displayed by the Platform, including pattern classifications, coordination scores, structural role labels, and generated reports, is the intellectual property of Visor LLC. You may reference, cite, and discuss the Platform's output, provided that you accurately attribute such output to sunbleach.com, accurately describe its analytical nature and limitations, and do not remove or obscure any disclaimers or contextual information.

8.4 Blockchain Data

The Platform does not claim ownership of the underlying blockchain transaction data that it analyzes. Blockchain transaction records are publicly available data. The Platform's intellectual property resides in its analytical methods, pattern classifications, visual presentations, and derived insights, not in the raw on-chain data itself.

8.5 Commercial and Enterprise License

Use of the Platform's output for commercial purposes—including but not limited to integration into paid compliance programs, client-facing reports, commercial risk assessments, or any revenue-generating activity—requires a separate commercial license executed between you (or your organization) and Visor LLC pursuant to a Master Services Agreement (MSA). Commercial license terms, including scope of use, service levels, data handling obligations, and pricing, are established in the applicable MSA and supersede the general license granted in Section 8.2 to the extent of any conflict. To inquire about commercial licensing, contact support@sunbleach.com.
